We offer to adapt your machine park to the minimum requirements in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 30, 2002, on minimum health and safety requirements for the use of machines by employees during work. We perform work related to the adjustment of control systems and adaptation of mechanical equipment.
At the operational stage, the concept of ensuring machine safety is realized by the observance of minimum requirements for the use and servicing of machinery according to the manufacturer's instructions, as well as additional technical and organizational safety measures taken by users adequately to the machine's working conditions, maintaining the safety level of the machines introduced to the workstation by ensuring their control provided for in social directives, the participation of machine operators in activities related to the reduction of occupational risk, and providing machinery manufacturers with information on irregularities revealed during the use of their products.
The procedure for bringing a machine to compliance with the minimum requirements starts with a safety audit which proves the compliance status on the basis of a conformity assessment (an assessment of current status and diagnosis), followed by a hazard analysis, proposals and choice of technical and procedural solutions to reduce the risk of threats and implementation of these solutions, ending with a receipt confirmed by full documentation certifying the fulfilment of requirements.
It should be noted that the 2009/104/EC Tool Directive and bringing the machine into compliance with the minimum requirements, are outside the conformity assessment system related to placing the so called new machines on the market or their use. Therefore, it is not possible either to issue the "EC Declaration of Conformity" for modified old machinery or mark such machinery with the "CE" mark. This is reserved exclusively for machine manufacturers or their authorized representatives.
