GDPR Information Clause

In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119) hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" - we would like to inform you that:

  2. At CUBE SYSTEMS Sp. z o. o. the role of Data Protection Inspector(s) (DPI) is performed by the Management Board or a person designated by the Management Board pursuant to a resolution.
  3. Contact with the DPIs is possible electronically at: dpi@cubesystems.pl or in writing to the registered office address.
  4. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    • Carrying out the contract to which you are a party;
    • Concluding the agreement based on your interest in the offer;
    • Enabling and maintaining contact with Customers and Contractors with whom CUBE SYSTEMS intends to conclude or has concluded an agreement;
    • Handling your complaints, requests and inquiries, ensuring transaction processing and solving technical problems;
    • Enabling the provision of services electronically, including making transactions, making payments and delivering;
    • Processing your data for tax and accounting purposes required from the Company under legal provisions;
    • For purposes justified by the mutual interest of the Company and the Company's Contractor, in the form of ensuring payment processing and ensuring the security of services that may be provided electronically;
    • In justified debt collection proceedings, court, arbitration and mediation proceedings, storing data for archival purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating the Company's fulfillment of obligations arising from separate legal provisions);
    • Implementing recruitment processes;
    • Researching the level of customer satisfaction being the implementation of the legally justified interest of the Administrator and determining the quality of service, as well as the level of customer satisfaction with the products we produce and the services we provide;
    • Possible investigation or defense against claims, as the implementation of our legitimate interest.
  5. Personal data may be made available to another Data Administrator if there is a legal basis for this.
  6. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, on the basis of which we will stop processing your data for the purposes specified in point 4, except for when we demonstrate that we have legitimate grounds for your data that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular as part of our legitimate interest and when the data is necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.
  7. Data storage period:
    • In the case of your data processed for the purpose necessary to perform the contract to which you are a party, we inform you that they will be processed for the period during which claims related to the contract may arise under the provisions of the Civil Code and / or tax law, as well as for 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose in accordance with the tax ordinance;
    • The data processed for the purposes of presenting commercial offers and direct marketing of our products and services indefinitely until you object to their processing for this purpose.
  8. Your personal data may be made available to our subcontractors (processing entities), such as, for example, courier and transport companies.
  9. The Administrator does not plan to transfer your personal data to Third Countries.
  10. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Company. As a rule, in our database we store the name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, correspondence address, address for shipping goods or the address provided by the Customer in order to provide the ordered services.
  11. Any data subject may submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  12. The data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

In accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Regulation, in addition to the current right to inspect, correct and delete your data, you have additional rights arising from the provisions of the Regulation, such as: request to delete data, transfer data, the right to withdraw consent to their processing or to object or forget about the processing of data.

If you object to data processing and therefore discontinue their processing, please send such information in the form of a return message to the following address: dpi@cubesystems.pl or in writing to the registered office address. We want to emphasize that your data is safe with us.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that if you do not object, we will store your personal data and use them in order to maintain a business relationship and send all offers on terms relating to previous cooperation or in situations of starting a new cooperation.
